Although our products are top quality, sometimes mistakes can happen. 
If you receive wrong or damaged product please call the above phone number 
to receive a return authorization number.

 Products can only be returned or replaced with an RA#. Shipping charges 
are not refundable. You must call or e-mailwithin 7 days of receiving your
 order to receive a return authorzation, products must be returned within 
15 days as the RA  number will expire. Any products returned must be in 
the same condition as received and properly packed in order to be eligible
